This month’s ALN newsletter included a look at recent rent growth trends – both nationally and regionally. However, specific market leaders were not included. Markets without the same level of supply pressure as in many across the Sunbelt and Mountain West regions continue to be well represented among rent growth leaders. Especially among primary markets, that has translated into Midwest markets leading the way.
