Susan Stroud Honored with 2025 NAA Excellence Award
[Carrollton, TX] – The National Apartment Association (NAA) has announced Susan Stroud as a 2025 NAA Excellence Awards winner. Susan Stroud won the National Supplier Council Achievement Award.
NAA’s annual Excellence Awards program recognizes outstanding performance and leadership across rental housing – celebrating apartment communities, industry professionals and affiliated apartment associations that make unique contributions to the industry.
Since 2005, Susan Stroud has admirably served the multifamily industry. Along with an extensive service in committees, her contributions and engagement as a member of NAA’s Board of Directors, a member of NAAEI’s Board of Directors, an Officer and Executive for National Suppliers Council, a graduate of the NAA Lyceum Program, a CAS Designation holder and a NAAPAC “Brad Williams Circle” Platinum Donor have made a significant impact on the multifamily industry.
