  Jackie’s multifamily career spans more than 25 years. From her first position as a Leasing Agent to her current role in Sales with ALN Apartment Data, Jackie is known among her peers as the “talkative cheerleader type.” She has served on both the management company and the service provider side, offering her unique blend of experience and contagious enthusiasm in marketing, sales, and operations. Jackie joined ALN Apartment Data in 2018 and enjoys helping Suppliers & Management Firms obtain the data they need to grow their business!

  Karen has been in the multifamily industry since 2003 – starting with TCRS, UDR, Finger Companies and Riverstone Residential Group as a training and marketing directors. Prior to the multifamily industry Karen facilitated training classes for Belmont Village Assisted Living and the Disney Institute. Karen joined ALN Apartment Data in 2018 and has great knowledge integrating market data into actionable goals for properties and management companies.

  Mark has over 15+ years in the Multifamily Industry. Having been on both the property side as well as the supplier side. Mark is currently in the process of obtaining his CAS certification (Certified Apartment Supplier). In 2013, Mark obtained his MBA with a special focus in Online Marketing. Mark is very passionate about helping both suppliers and management companies with the ALN products.

  Paige Kitchens is a Senior Regional Account Executive for ALN Apartment Data for the Southeast region. She has been a member of the ALN team since June of 2016. Prior to ALN, Paige worked in multiple industries in both sales and sales management roles including Multifamily, New Home Building, Publishing and high technology organizations. Paige enjoys building long-term relationships with her clients, her co-workers and business associates. During her free time Paige enjoys the beach, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Additional areas of expertise in multifamily technology include website development, resident communication tools and resident portals, intranet creation, property management software integrations, call answering services, service request management and resident package management.

  Tammy Longo is a Regional Sales Executive with ALN Apartment Data in the Northeast region. In 2003 she was first introduced to the multifamily housing industry when she moved from New York to Virginia and accepted a position as a leasing agent. Over her exciting 18-year career, she has enjoyed life in operations, marketing, and on the vendor side of multifamily. She loves to connect with our industry and is actively involved in the Virginia Apartment Management Association and The National Apartment Association participating on boards, teaching credential classes, and speaking at conferences including the N.A.A. Educational Conference. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Morrisville and holds a degree in Journalism. In her spare time she can likely be found coaching her kids soccer teams, watching sports, or traveling to NY to see family and friends.
